Abortion
Bible verses in blue
"There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to run into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community. " Proverbs 6:16-19
Does abortion "shed innocent blood?"
When a woman becomes pregnant - What is inside her?
The answer to this question drives the conflict between those who oppose and those who support a woman's right to choose to have an abortion.
Those who oppose abortion would say the answer to the above question is obvious - it's a baby. And that baby deserves protection and rights just as any other human being.
Those who support abortion would typically say - a fetus. And a woman has a right to choose to terminate the life of a fetus.
What does the Bible say?
When did Jesus become a baby?
In the well known Christmas story detailed in the second chapter of the gospel of Luke - Caesar Augustus issued a decree that all should be registered. So, Joseph and Mary traveled to Bethlehem - and Mary was pregnant.
In chapter 2 of the Gospel of Luke, verse 6, the Bible says:
'While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.' Note: Jesus is called a baby before he is born.
As the story continues there are shepherds in the fields keeping watch over their sheep. And in verses 11-12 the shepherds are told by an angel:
'Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.' Note: Jesus is called a baby after he is born.
Before and after birth Jesus is called the exact same thing - a baby.
According to the Bible Jesus was a baby both before and after he was born
But Jesus was the Son of God - what about normal people?
John the Baptist was a man just like us. In the first chapter of the gospel of Luke - Mary, Jesus' mother, goes to visit her relative Elizabeth who is about 6 months pregnant, with John the Baptist, and the Bible says this:
verses 41- 44 - 'When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the baby leaped in her womb. In a loud voice she exclaimed: "Blessed are you among women and blessed is the child you will bear! But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? As soon as the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy. Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!'
The same word - baby - is used regarding John the Baptist - before he was born. 'The baby in my womb leaped for joy.'
Just like Jesus - the Bible says John the Baptist was a baby before he was born.
Does the Bible teach that we don't become babies until after we are born - No
In the Bible - in reference to pregnant women, the unborn is always called a 'child' or 'baby.' Never is a term like 'fetus' or some other similar word - ever used.
Interesting Abortion Facts
The word 'fetus' didn't even exist until the 14th century.
Before Roe v. Wade - Medical books called unborn children 'Babies' - just like the Bible.
On average, over 100 third trimester abortions occur every week in the United States - over 95% of the time the mother and the baby are healthy - and the pregnancy is not the result of rape or incest:
At the beginning of the 7th month when the third trimester starts:
The baby's eyes start to open, and the baby can cry and have hiccups and suck its thumb - the baby can sense the taste of different foods the mother eats - the baby can hear the outside world as well as the mom's heartbeat - the baby can feel the excruciating pain of an abortion.
Third trimester abortions happen over 5000 times a year in the United States - how do you think it feels to those babies?
Joe Biden, the current U.S. president, and Kamala Harris, vice president - are on record as supporting legislation allowing abortion up until the very moment of delivery. Also, Pete Buttigieg, Chuck Schumer, Elizabeth Warren, etc.
In fact, abortion allowance up to the moment of delivery for any reason is part of the current democratic platform.
The number of abortions done: 1) to save the life of the mother; 2) in cases of rape or incest; 3) due to fetal birth defects - combined total less than 5% of abortions performed. Over 95% of abortions in the United States are performed for social or economic reasons.
In 1939, Margaret Sanger's organization - The American Birth Control League, which would later be called Planned Parenthood - called their population control strategy the "Negro Project."
Sanger's strategy was to control the births of those she deemed less desirable. With eugenicists, atheists, and racists running the organization, they aggressively promoted sterilization and the use of contraception in minority communities to weed out what she considered to be 'the unfit.'
In bringing birth control to the then largely poor (the unfit) population of the south, Sanger hoped to significantly reduce the black population.
Abortion fit in perfectly with her plans.
Over the years her strategy has been very successful:
- Abortion kills more blacks every 14 days - than the Ku Klux Klan did in 150 years
- Every two weeks more blacks die in American abortion clinics than were killed in the entire Vietnam war
- Since 1973, legal abortion has killed more African Americans than AIDS, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and violent crime - combined!
The largest chain of abortion clinics in the U.S. is Planned Parenthood - and your taxes help fund them.
See the documentary - Maafa21 - which can still be found online or on YouTube, you may be very surprised. The tie between eugenics, abortion, elites in America, Nazi Germany, and others, will open your eyes to what has been going on since slavery in America and how abortion fit right into Margaret Sanger's strategy.
Bernard N. Nathanson, M.D., cofounded NARAL (the National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws) known today as NARAL Pro-Choice America - with Margaret Sanger.
Dr. Nathanson was once known as the 'Abortion King,' having presided over 60,000 abortions. When real-time ultrasound was developed in the 1970's he realized he had been killing babies - not aborting 'fetuses.'
He stopped performing abortions and spent the rest of his life telling people of his error. And how he and Margaret Sanger had deceived America.
It's no wonder that today Planned Parenthood is doing everything in their power to keep girls from seeing live ultrasounds.

This book details Dr. Nathanson's work with Margaret Sanger and abortion's history in the U.S.
The Bible says Jesus was a baby before he was born, and the Bible says John the Baptist was a baby before he was born - when do you think they became babies?
If you say babies don't become babies until sometime after conception - when is that time?
At 22 days after conception a child has its own blood, and the heart begins to beat. Is abortion after this time 'the shedding of innocent blood," as quoted from Proverbs above?
What if you are wrong?
What if God considers a baby a living human being at conception?
'You created my inmost being, you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to pass.
David - Psalm 139:13-16
According to the Bible, God formed you and he loved you before you were even born. And he still loves you no matter what has happened in your life. No matter what you have or have not done. Jesus stands ready to forgive if you have had an abortion or have supported abortion.
'Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'
Romans 10:13
Jesus is the name of the Lord.
'God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.' Philippians 2:9-11
Don't be guilty of supporting those that shed innocent blood. If you have in the past, Jesus stands ready to forgive you.
